International Travel:
The name mentioned on the reservation should be the same as mentioned on your passport. Make sure to enter your first name, middle name and surname carefully, while making the booking.
Please make sure you have all valid travel documents such as passport, visa, work permit etc before commencing your journey. Some countries may require visa during your travel while you take connecting flight to/from that country.
Travelers passport should have a minimum validity of 6 months or more.
Check your flight timings at-least 72 hours prior to the departure. (in case of any time change due to weather or other condition) (any last minute change will be handled by the airlines)
Please make sure you carry enough local currency of that country where you are traveling. Also, please make sure to switch on international transactions on your credit or debit card before your travel.
Check for baggage allowed limit on your ticket.
Reach 3 hours prior at the airport in case of any International Flight.

Keep your boarding card until you exit the airport at your destination.
Domestic Travel:
Reach 2 hours prior at the airport.
